"Dropoff went smoothly"
I booked through viavelocity, and overall, the dropoff coordination was good. The driver texted me before getting there, and found the spot without much trouble, which I appreciated. I did have to wait about 10 minutes, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d use them again.

Our driver was really professional, and just calm the whole time, which I appreciated. He showed up right on time, helped us with our bags, and the ride felt really safe without him rushing or anything. Also, he was easy to talk to, but not overly chatty, if that makes sense. Anyway, it just made the whole trip feel simple and stress-free.

Reading between the lines, the cancellation process itself was the easy part—no hassle and simple to get done. The refund just took a bit longer than I expected, but it did come through in the end.

The change was eventually taken care of, but I did have to follow up a couple of times to keep things moving. Nothing major, but it seems reasonable to expect a change request to be handled a little more smoothly without needing extra nudges

I used Via Velocity for my trip, i was a little nervous at first because handing over my luggage always makes me overthink everything. But then the pickup happened right on time, and I felt way better almost immediately.
When my suitcase arrived with no dents, no broken zippers, and nothing weird going on, I was genuinely relieved. They also kept me updated along the way, so I went from mildly stressed to chill about the whole thing. Smooth experience overall, and I’d use them again.

"Wish the pricing was a bit more upfront"
Booking itself went smoothly, but I did feel like the final price wasn’t totally clear right away. I had to poke around a bit to figure out where the extra fees were showing up. Not a huge deal or anything, I just would’ve liked to see the full cost earlier…

I used viavelocity.com for a trip across town, and the route seemed to make good sense. I didn’t notice any weird detours or spots where it felt like we were wasting time. It even seemed to avoid a couple of the busy areas I usually get stuck in. I got there a bit quicker than I expected, so overall I’d say I was happy with it.

"Sorted in the end, but not a great experience"
Support did fix the problem eventually, but it took longer than I expected. What bothered me more was the way they handled it, a couple of replies felt a bit like they were talking down to me, which made the wait even more frustrating.

I booked through viavelocity.com and I’m really glad I did. The ride was super comfortable, the seats felt great, and everything went smoothly without any stress. Really appreciated how easy the whole experience was. I’d definitely use them again.

"Refund showed up faster than I expected"
I got my refund back quickly, quicker than I thought it would be. I was checking my account while making coffee, which I almost spilled because my dog decided that was the perfect time to start barking at absolutely nothing. Anyway, the refund was already there, so that was a nice surprise.

Booking was simple, and I found what I needed faster than I expected?! A couple of pages did take a bit to load, though, and I wish some of the details were clearer before I paid. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all, just not the smoothest experience.

I used viavelocity.com and, i was kind of prepared for the payment part to be annoying, but it went through without any issues. It felt secure, there weren’t any strange extra steps or surprise charges, and the confirmation came quickly. So yeah, I guess I can’t really complain — it was a solid experience overall.

I used viavelocity.com to look around, it was simple to get through, which is always a nice surprise. The pages loaded fine for me, and I didn’t have to go on some ridiculous treasure hunt just to find what I needed. A few parts could definitely be clearer, especially on mobile, but I guess that’s not the end of the world. Overall, it was a good experience, just not exactly perfect.

I was happy with how they kept in touch. I had a few questions and they got back to me fast, and it didn’t feel like some lazy copy-paste nonsense either. The updates were clear, easy to follow, and I wasn’t left sitting there wondering what the hell was going on. Solid communication all around.

I’ve used viavelocity.com a handful of times now and, it’s been mostly smooth. The pages loaded okay, my booking info came through, and I didn’t end up needing to contact support, which is always a win. There was one time the confirmation email took longer than expected, so I did start wondering if something went wrong, but it showed up later. Not totally perfect, sure, but I’d still say it’s been dependable enough for me...
